Refund policy

RETURNS OR REFUNDS (RIGHT OF RETRACT)
LOBO ROSA offers its Customers the possibility of retracting the purchase during the first 3 business days after the product is delivered.
The process to request a retraction is as follows:
* Send an email before 3 business days after receiving the product to juliana@loborosa.com with the reason for return and if you require an equal product, a different one, or a refund. Note: it is important to be very specific about the reasons for return.
* After the email is reviewed by LOBO ROSA, the customer will receive an email with a reverse logistics guide.
* The customer has 3 days after receiving the reverse logistics guide to take the product to the address indicated by LOBO ROSA.
* The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging, including all packaging and labels.
* When the product is received, the supplier performs quality control that takes approximately 3 business days. When the status of the product is determined and the exchange or refund is authorized, we will proceed with the option chosen by the customer.
Money refunds will only be made by bank deposit to the account specified by the customer.

WRONG PRODUCTS
If the Customer receives a product with different characteristics than the one described on the page at the time of purchase, the procedure to request the product change is as follows:
* Within 2 days after receiving the product, the customer must take photos showing the wrong product and send them to the email juliana@loborosa.com with the order number.
* Once it is verified that the product if it arrived wrong, a collection guide will be sent to the customer and LOBO ROSA is responsible for picking up the product in the same place where it was delivered and once the wrong product has been collected, the correct product will be sent .

CANCELLATIONS
The cancellation of a purchase is only made if the supplier is not able to send the product to the Customer due to lack of inventory and / or other force majeure. In the event that this happens, the client will be notified and the money will be returned. Money back times vary depending on the payment method used.
The Client can choose between the following reimbursement methods
* Bonus: the bonds are valid for one year and must be used in a single purchase. The delivery time of this refund is 2 business days.
* Bank Consignment: The account holder must be the same as the one who made the purchase at www.loborosa.com. The refund will be made in 3 business days.
To cancel an order for any reason, the Customer must write an email to juliana@loborosa.com with the order number he wishes to cancel. Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been sent by the supplier or if it has been charged for the PayU payment gateway, the customer assumes the commission costs generated.
